I still do not know how to get a new password. Please help!


It would be much easier to help you out if you have provided the email provider, however most email provider uses similar steps for password recovery.

  • Open your email provider sign in page, enter your email address and click on the Forgot Password at the bottom.
  • After doing that, you may be asked for a security question that you setup while creating the email to make sure you are the owner of this account.
  • If you are unable to answer the questions correctly, you can try different methods for verification such as the register phone number or entering the previous email password or by entering the date, month and year the email was created.
  • Once you have established that you are the owner of the account using any of the steps, you will be able to login to your email account
